Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Information
After you successfully place an order with Masterworkonline.com, your order will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will receive an email with the order details.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed. We only ship from our warehouse on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

2. Shipping Costs and Shipping Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of the items in your order. Shipping costs will be charged at the time of purchase.

This price is the final shipping cost. If we offer multiple options, it is your responsibility to choose the right shipping method that meets your needs.

Shipping Time Generally, international shipments take 7 - 16 days to ship.

3. Tracking Orders
When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification with tracking information via email so that you can easily track your package through the website we provide.

4. Failed Delivery
If you enter the wrong address information at checkout, we are not responsible if the order is lost. We are not responsible for refunding/replacing this order.
