Refund and Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us at yetta.mayfield49@gmail.com before the order is shipped. Submitting a cancellation request before the order is shipped does not guarantee a successful cancellation. If the order is successfully cancelled, the customer will receive an email confirmation.

We are unable to cancel an order after it has been shipped. Please wait for the order to be shipped and contact us within 14 days of delivery to return the goods. Rejected orders or failure to follow the return procedures may result in the item being lost in transit or being rejected by the warehouse due to no return registration, resulting in no refund or exchange.

2. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you received, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving the order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific costs shall be based on the courier company you choose. For used products, the final refund will be deducted by 30% of the total order amount.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer must show the product defects through photos or videos to be eligible for compensation. We are currently unable to request return shipping labels from our courier partners, we need your help to verify the return costs with the courier or postal service, and you must inform us of the tracking number after you send the returned product. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will only refund the cost of the product (we will not cover the shipping costs to and from the warehouse). To be eligible for a return,

The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, and unopened. We do not accept items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered in any way.

We do not accept items returned without a proper return request.

We do not offer freight collect (FTC) service for returned packages. You are responsible for the return costs.

Note: The original shipping cost and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

3. How do I return my item?

You have up to 14 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return. Please include the original packaging when returning items.

Items from different orders cannot be returned in the same package.

Please do not return any damaged items unless a member of our support team asks you to do so. If you do so, it will delay us from resolving your issue.

4. Follow the steps below to register your return

Contact us and state the item you are returning and the reason for the return. Please include photos of the quality issue.

Step 2. Get Return Instructions

We will provide professional advice. Our service team will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Step 3. Return

Put the item in the original packaging and send it according to the return instructions.

Step 4. Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your package, we will immediately process a refund or exchange based on the return conditions.

If you would like to return an item, please feel free to contact us. Our customer service representative will provide you with the return address based on your order details within 24 hours.

Please note that the refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of the order.

Once we receive your item, you will receive your refund within 24 hours.
